1. What Everest is

Everest is an educational and analytical co-pilot for discretionary traders. It helps you structure your own trading rules, monitors markets for those rules, and records your decisions. Everest does not execute trades, manage funds, or act as a broker, and it does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Risk

Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Any figures, scores, or screens shown are illustrative. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Everest or to join the pilot.

4. Pilot access

Pilot access is offered at our discretion, may be limited, and may be modified or withdrawn. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
