When you apply to the pilot we collect the details you submit: your name, email, trading experience, primary market, trading style, and — if you choose to provide them — your country and phone number. We also record whether you confirmed you are 18+ and your consent choices.
We use your details to review your application, contact you about pilot access, and — only if you opt in — to send you product updates. We do not sell your data.
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database and email delivery) acting as processors on our behalf, solely to operate the pilot.
Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the optional consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address you were onboarded with.
We keep application data for as long as needed to run the pilot, then delete or anonymize it.
